Sadio Mane has spoken about the incident where he punched his Bayern Munich teammate, Leroy Sane.
Back in April, it was reported that Mane lashed out at Sane after Bayern’s disappointing 3-0 defeat against Manchester City in the Champions League.
Sane was left with a swollen lip and the pair had to be separated in the tunnel.

As a result, the Senegalese forward was given a fine of £250,000 and was banned for one match by the Bavarian club.
Mane has now reflected on the incident whilst speaking to reporters in Senegal.
As per the Daily Mail, he said: “This kind of things can happen. It happened. We were able to solve this small problem.

“Sometimes it's good to solve problems, but maybe not in this way. It's behind us now. We'll try to fight together to help the club achieve its goals next season.”
Mane added: “I'm on vacation with the family. It was a very complicated season, it happens. It wasn't a surprise, I expected things to be a bit complicated. It's normal.
“I love challenges, and Bayern is a big challenge. It's up to me to do everything to meet this challenge.”
Mane left Liverpool for Bayern last summer in a deal worth a reported £35 million.

However, his first season with the club was bitterly disappointing.
The 31-year-old failed to hit the ground running and suffered multiple injuries, including one that kept him out of the 2022 World Cup in Qatar.
During the 22/23 season, Mane made a total of 38 appearances across all competitions for Bayern, scoring 12 goals and assisting six.

Ahead of the summer transfer window, Mane has been linked with a move away.
According to German news outlet Bild, Mane is on a seven-man shortlist that Bayern boss Thomas Tuchel is willing to let go.
It is believed that Mane is joined by Serge Gnabry, Bouna Sarr, Alexander Nubel, Marcel Sabitzer and Benjamin Pavard.
But Mane said: “God willing. If everything goes well, I'm going to return to Bayern.”
