Adidas icon David Beckham has become synonymous with the brand, with the English legend the perfect man to rank the Predator boots.
The Englishman was a guest on Complex where he went sneaker shopping in Miami, and took some time to rank his favourite Predator cleats to curl into the top corner with.
When asked about his favourite pair, the answer was one we certainly couldn’t argue with.

He pointed towards his iconic black with white stripes that he wore during the famous 1999 Manchester United treble-winning season.
Of course, Beckham curled two fantastic corners in the dying moments of the Champions League final against Bayern Munich that resulted in goals from Teddy Sheringham and Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.
Beckham spoke of the boot, saying: “They’re all my babies and it’s kind of hard. It’s like someone turning around asking ‘Who’s your favourite child?’”

“But this boot brings back such great memories. I had such a great season in this boot.
“I just love everything about this boot. It’s beautiful. So if I had to pick any of them, it would have to be this one.”
Beckham also revealed how he was an innovator in designing the boots for perfect top bins production.
He said: “Most of the time the tongue (of the boot) just flapped around in games, so when I joined Adidas, I said ‘how about we stitch some elastic so the tongue just stays in place.’”

He continued: “The whole concept actually worked and as you see they took it to the rest of the boots going forward.”
The midfielder had quite a storied career playing for some of the game’s most prolific teams in Manchester United, Real Madrid, LA Galaxy, and Paris Saint Germain.
Throughout it all Beckham could be found with a pair of Predator boots in all different designs.

He continued: “Predator was my career, I only wore Predator boots.”
Beckham also spoke about the evolution of the Predator boots that began with a typical black base and white stripe design in the 90s to a more modernised colourway.
Beckham said: “A pink boot was a brave choice, but it was something I was excited about.”
He continued: “When we talk about the evolution of the Predator boot, I was a bit sceptical of the no-laces. I wore them the other day and they’re actually pretty amazing.
