The Bundesliga side are also set to lose Daichi Kamada and Djibril Sow for free at the end of the season. While Evan N'Dicka has been given the green light to join Liverpool.
Lindstrom has managed nine goals and four assists across all competitions this season, helping his side to sixth place in the league.
He would help provide competition for Gunners captain Martin Odegaard, who has enjoyed a breakout season at the Emirates.
