Elanga, and the rest of his teammates, were celebrating Fred's brilliant strike, after the Brazilian came on in the second half, that saved them from utter embarrassment.
The United players ran towards their own fans in the corner but Elanga went down after being hit by an object that was seemingly thrown by one of the home fans.
The young Swedish forward went down in pain after being hit in the head and the Manchester United medical team had to have a look at him.

Having missed an earlier opportunity, when one-on-one with Illan Meslier, the youngster was on the end of a moment of genius from Bruno Fernandes to score.
The Portugal midfielder flicked the ball over his markers head, turned, recollected the ball after a touch from the defender and then found his teammate.
Elanga tucked the ball home under Meslier, making it 4-2, and ran back towards his own fans and put his finger up to his lips in celebration.
The game was played in torrential rain at Elland Road but fans will be glad that there was never a real threat of it being called off as they were treated to six goals.

Within 24 seconds of the kick off the hosts were level. This time Raphina, on as a half time substitute, got ahead of Luke Shaw to prod home from Dan James cross.
However, just as Leeds were back into it, it was United's own subs who helped secure all three points, as Fred and then Elanga got the win.
