Newcastle United midfielder Bruno Guimaraes cut an emotional figure, too.
He was overcome with emotion as he held his newborn baby son, Matteo.
He waited in anticipation as the announcement was made on TV and shortly after Silva was called out, Guimaraes' name rang around his living room and celebrations soon followed.
