Netherlands star Femke Bol has finally addressed comments about her voice after an impressive Olympics campaign.
The 24-year-old is one of the fastest women in the world and has claimed consecutive bronze medals in the 400 metre hurdles in Tokyo and Paris.
And she also put on an incredible performance in the mixed 4x400m relay final when she brought it home for the Dutch with a sensational dart to come from fourth and take gold.

It was a redemption of sorts after a costly fall in the stretch of the same race at the World Championships in Budapest last year.
But despite her brilliant achievements on the track, Bol has become the talk of the town online as a result of her high-pitched voice.
A BBC interview with Bol and her teammate from the Glasgow World Indoor Championships in March quickly went viral, with one clip accruing a whopping 4.7 million views.

Bol surprised viewers with a squeaky sounding voice that many compared to Disney's 'Mickey Mouse'.
The interview came after she just smashed the 400m indoor world record, completing the race in a staggering 49.17 seconds.
Yet the focus was on her accent and that caused Bol to address it in a new interview.

Bol explained that she was not putting the voice on but that it was a by product of the adrenaline from running at such speed at the highest level
"It's not a huge compliment but it is what it is, I am who I am," she said, when asked about the infamous clip, as per the Express.
"It is always like this when I get out of breath and I get happy - it goes up, up, up. And after a world record I am pretty happy and pretty exhausted."
Given she is still so young, Bol has many years ahead of her in athletics but jokes she might already have her next gig lined up.

"Maybe I'll find a career for after track," she quipped.
