Everton manager Frank Lampard has glowed with praise for the work of Manchester City both on and off the pitch, speaking during a recent press conference.
Questions on the Premier League champions came less than 24 hours after they were crowned at the Ballon D'Or ceremony in Paris on Monday night.
Officials from Manchester City stood alongside vice-captain Kevin De Bruyne, and Ederson to receive their 'Club of the Year' award for their work with the men's and women's team across the course of the 2021/22 season.

City beat Premier League rivals Liverpool to the prize - who finished 2nd in the ranking for the award, as well as Real Madrid - who finished 3rd.
Speaking during a press conference on Tuesday morning, Everton coach Frank Lampard was keen to pile on the praise for Manchester City, for their work on and off the football pitch.
"City got voted the 'Club of the Year' last night for the many, many good things I know they do on and off the pitch," he said.

Responding to a subsequent question regarding Manchester City, and how they have developed over the years, albeit somewhat through their transfer market spending, Lampard said the Etihad side are 'a fantastic example'.
He continued, "When I think about City, and how they handle themselves on and off the pitch, I think they're a fantastic example.
"That's my opinion."
Last week also saw Jurgen Klopp cause controversy following comments he made about Manchester City and their market spending.

The Liverpool boss spectacularly claimed that the Anfield side could not compete with City in regards to spending and subsequently on the pitch.
That came prior to the Merseyside club winning 1-0 against Manchester City on Sunday afternoon.
When quizzed on the idea that Liverpool cannot compete with Pep Guardiola's club, Frank Lampard offered a simple, but hard-hitting response.

"Yeah, but Liverpool have competed with them," he stated.
Jurgen Klopp's comments have been strongly criticised by large sections of Manchester City fanbase, with one newspaper report suggesting that come within the club feel his comments were 'borderline xenophobic'.
Responding to such claims on Tuesday morning, the Liverpool boss suggested his words last week had been misunderstood.
"That's life of people speaking in public. It's not the first time I've been misunderstood. If people misunderstand, I cannot change that."

Klopp continued, "I have to be careful, I've known that for years, sometimes I'm not and I say what I think.
"Usually it's never my aim to (criticise) or whatever. I say what I know and how I see it."
