Boxing fans have been left stunned after seeing what Nigel Benn did to Chris Eubank Jr after the IBO middleweight champion slapped his son Conor Benn with an egg.
The younger Benn will take on Eubank Jr in a grudge fight in April - 18 months after their original fight was postponed indefinitely by the British Boxing Board of Control.
It was postponed after Benn returned what promoters described as an 'adverse analytical finding for trace amounts of a fertility drug' in the lead-up to the fight in October 2022.

The 28-year-old was subsequently cleared of an intentional doping offence after deeming that a 'highly-elevated consumption of eggs' was considered a 'reasonable explanation' for his adverse finding.
His UK Anti-Doping Agency-imposed provisional suspension was lifted in October last year and he is now free to fight in the United Kingdom once again.
During a pre-fight meeting involving both fighters on Tuesday, Eubank Jr slapped Benn in the face with an egg during their face-off.
Footage later emerged of what Benn appeared to say to his rival immediately before the slap.

Both fighters quickly released statements on the incident on Twitter, with Eubank Jr writing: "Apparently egg contamination was the reason for his two failed drugs tests. So I contaminated him with an egg."
He then posted a follow-up tweet showing part of Benn's face covered in egg yolk, captioning the post: "Eggcellent."

Footage of the incident showed security quickly entering the stage to separate both fighters, with the scene threatening to get even further out of hand.

But fans didn't immediately spot what Conor's father, Nigel Benn, did to Eubank Jr as he was wrestled away by security.
The British boxing legend, who was clearly furious, could be seen grabbing Eubank Jr by the throat and remonstrating with him before the pair faded into the background.
The fracas involving both fighters and their entourage was soon broken up, with Eddie Hearn having his say after being quizzed on the egg incident.

Hearn summed up the general feeling around the incident by telling Sky Sports: "If you see Nigel Benn tonight, run!"
