Jarrell Miller has been made to look foolish by a social media post he made just hours before his defeat to Daniel Dubois.
Miller suffered the first loss of his professional career at the Day of Reckoning event in Saudi Arabia, with British fighter Dubois stopping his American opponent with just seconds remaining in the final round.
Miller enjoyed success at times during the fight but was eventually ground down by Dubois, who ruthlessly finished his opponent in the closing stages – with the referee forced to step in and stop the fight following a series of left hooks from the Brit.

Speaking after the fight, Dubois said he has silenced his critics after coming under scrutiny following his defeat to heavyweight champion Oleksandr Usyk in August.
"I had to prove it to myself. I had to show myself that I'm a real fighter. I silenced all the doubters tonight,” said Dubois.
Miller, meanwhile, must regoup after being handed his first professional loss – one which he certainly didn’t expect.

Just hours before the fight, he took to Instagram to post a prediction – vowing to knock out Dubois.
“English promoter, English fighter, English ref, English judges. Lmfao. I’m going to kill this mofo. No decision,” Miller posted to his story.
Dubois is keen to work his way back into another world title shot.
"I want to fight all the best fighters," he declared after his victory.

"The confidence that I might have been missing before, I gained it tonight."
But he may be made to wait for his next opportunity, with Usyk and Tyson Fury set to meet for the undisputed title on February 17.
Anthony Joshua and Deontay Wilder, who are both competing in separate fights at Day of Reckoning, are seemingly next in line for a shot at a belt.

Joshua faces Otto Wallin in Saudi Arabia, while Wilder takes on Joseph Parker – with the pair due to face each other if they win their respective fights.
