Most people idolise the way Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson trains and lives his life - not Dan Bilzerian though.
The social media megastar has come out and claimed that being as big as The Rock is "not healthy" at all.
He also went one further and suggested that the big fella, a bloke who is adored by literally everyone, isn't "authentic".
Bilzerian, who has amassed a giant social media following thanks to his lavish lifestyle and wild posts, has made no secret of the fact that he enjoys the gym too.
No, we're not talking about all the topless photos on his Instagram, but more about the odd lifting video he chucks up too.
And at 41 years of age, he's in pretty good nick himself, although Bilzerian has warned that carrying too much muscle mass into your old age can be seriously detrimental - something he feels The Rock should take note of
Appearing on the More Plates More Dates podcast, Bilzerian said. "For him [The Rock], he's obviously f**king juicing... it's unhealthy to sustain that level of mass. They show people are giants, like basketball players. It's just not healthy to be that big."
Podcast host Derek also chimed in, showing concern for the WWE legend-turned-Hollywood megastar.
"I worry for that guy, not as a personal friend or anything, but I feel like he's on track for a jammer real soon," he said.
"He's like 270 [pounds] shredded, year round essentially, at almost 50 [years old]. I don't know that many tall bodybuilders who make it to, like, 60."
Throughout his time in the spotlight, Johnson has emerged as one of the most famous and successful actors on the planet - and the highest-paid too, just remember.
But whether he's defeating villains in his action movies or lifting huge amounts of weights in real life, Bilzerian reckons The Rock still isn't genuine.
"To me, I don't understand The Rock," Bilzerian added.
"I respect that he's done, the guy is a f**king beast, he's amazing and charismatic and always camera ready... he's the highest-paid actor in the world, although I don't think he's the best actor... but the thing I don't like about The Rock is I don't feel like he gets to be authentic.
"What's the point in having 'f**k you' money if you can't say 'f**k you'?
"I do whatever the f**k I want... he does not. Unless, like, just playing this character forever is what he wants? I don't think that's what he wants."
