Copping a blow to the nuts, as all us blokes know, isn't particularly pleasant.
But imagine taking a punch to the private parts from a trained combat sports professional?
Yep. no thanks.
Well, UFC heavyweight champion Francis Ngannou will feature in the next Jackass movie, making a cameo appearance by punching Ehren McGhehey AKA Danger Ehren right in the d**k.
Jackass Forever, which is due for release sometime in February, looks set to be one of the group's most daring films yet as they continue to push the limits with more mental stunts.
And in one of the segments, main man Johnny Knoxville acquires the services of 6-foot-5-inch, 260-pound Ngannou, despite telling poor Ehren that he was bringing in a lightweight to perform the stunt.
The official trailer for the film cuts out just before the impact, but it doesn't take a rocket scientist to work out that Ehren was probably left rolling around on the floor clutching for air.
But while the victim probably wasn't enjoying himself, the same couldn't be said for Ngannou.
"That's the craziest thing that I've ever seen," he said.
"Man, I had to punch somebody in the nuts. I did it the first time, [and they're like] 'Listen man, we know you. People know that you're the hardest puncher in the world. It wasn't hard enough.'
"I was like 'Are you kidding me?' Like, I'm nervous.
"I don't know, I could hurt this guy, did he at least have kids or something already?"
Man mountain Ngannou is widely regarded one of the hardest punchers in MMA history and has a number of highlight reel knockouts on his fight resume.
UFC president Dana White once famously revealed just how powerful his striking is in a press conference back in 2017 - something that didn't sit too well with Ngannou's opponent at the time Stipe Miocic.
"Francis is a guy who has the world record for the most powerful punch," White said.
"His punches are equivalent to 96 horse power.
"That's equal to getting hit by a Ford Escort going as fast as it can.
"And it's more powerful than a 12-pound sledgehammer from full force overhead. Holy s**t."
Ngannou recently won the heavyweight belt off the legendary Miocic, KO'ing him in their rematch.
The Cameroonian heavy-hitter must now defend his title against Ciryl Gane later this month, a bout which could be his last in the UFC as his contract talks with White and Co reach stalemate.
