Chelsea head coach Thomas Tuchel wants to bring in four new additions this summer, while approving loans for outgoing players, according to reports.
This comes as Chelsea have already made two signings in the transfer window, bringing in former Manchester City star Raheem Sterling before bringing in Kalidou Koulibaly from Napoli.
Tuchel has demanded further signings in recent days, speaking following Chelsea’s 4-0 loss to Arsenal.

He said: “Listen, it's the same players, so why should anything change?
“We will see, hopefully, development but at the moment, we have the same issues because we have the same players.
"We got sanctioned and players left us, we know that some players are trying to leave us, and this is where it is.

“We had an urgent appeal for quality players and a huge amount of quality players.
“We've got two quality players – that is no doubt – but we are not competitive like this and unfortunately, we could see it today."
The German continued to hint at the need for defensive reinforcements after the defeat.
"If you want to play three at the back you need to have three in the back. If you don’t, it’s not worth playing three in the back," he said,

"Given that Kalidou (Koulibaly) was ready for only 25 mins today and who was available we tried to play 4-4-2.
"I think it was not a structural problem. It was behaviour in the structure. That’s much more important."
However, the Blues have been dealt a blow as they looked to add Sevilla defender Jules Kounde to their squad this summer.
Barcelona have reportedly agreed a £51 million deal for the defender, as they look to have successfully hijacked a second deal from Chelsea this summer, previously signing Raphinha after the Blues saw a bid accepted.
Tuchel is not ready to give up despite the transfer blows this summer, however, as Simon Johnson of The Athletic reports that he is keen to bring in move players this window.

The report states that, with five weeks of the transfer window remaining, Tuchel is targeting up to four additions to his squad.
He is also looking to secure permanent deals for players he sees as surplus to requirements but selling these players may be difficult.
Therefore, loan deals could be realistic options for the Blues as they look to move on their unwanted stars who are on high wages.

It has been revealed that Marcos Alonso, Cesar Azpilicueta and Timo Werner are all looking to leave the club this summer, with the first two attracting interest from Barcelona.
Werner had reportedly been offered to his former club RB Leipzig on a loan deal as they looked to sign Nordi Mukiele before he agreed to join PSG.
It remains to be seen as to what will happen with other unwanted stars with the likes of Ross Barkley, Michy Batshuayi and Kenedy at the club - with loan moves a possible avenue, while Tuchel targets further reinforcements.
