Timo Werner has penned his Chelsea farewell message ahead of a move to RB Leipzig this summer.
The 26-year-old is set to return to his former club after a £23.5 million reported fee has been agreed between the two clubs, seeing him leave on a permanent basis.
The forward never managed to live up to his goal scoring reputation from his time in the Bundesliga but played a key part in Chelsea’s UEFA Champions League winning side, netting against Real Madrid in the semi-final as they went on to beat Manchester City in the final.

The forward also played a key role in the final, making a decisive run to make space for Kai Havertz, who scored the winner in the clash.
With the latest reports stating that Werner will join RB Leipzig on a four-year deal, returning to where he had the most successful spell of his career, his time at Chelsea appears to be coming to an end.
The 26-year-old confirmed his Chelsea departure as he penned an emotional message to the Blues faithful, who he thanked for the support they showed.
Taking to Twitter, he wrote: “Today marks the end of my journey with Chelsea FC.
“I am incredibly grateful for the time I spent at this special club.

“I felt so much love and support throughout the last two years and I will never forget how you guys stood behind me in good and challenging times!
“We lifted trophies like the Champions League together and I will always remember the song you wrote and chanted for me.
“I'm already looking forward to hopefully playing at Stamford Bridge again one day!

The Bleus could dip into the transfer market for a replacement, with Raheem Sterling already arriving from Man City this summer.
The likes of Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and Benjamin Sesko were linked, with the former opting to join Leipzig, where he will play with Werner in attack.
With Chelsea facing Tottenham Hotspur in the coming week, they will no doubt look to add to their squad ahead of the clash.
