Inter Milan are ready to make their decision regarding the potential signings of Chelsea striker Romelu Lukaku and Juventus forward Paulo Dybala, according to reports in Italy.
The Serie A side are set to bring new forwards this window, with Lukaku making it clear of his intentions to return to the San Siro just a year after his departure.
Due to Inter’s struggling financial situation, they are looking to bring the Belgian in on a two-year loan deal with a view to signing him permanently in the future as they eye a gentleman’s agreement with Chelsea.

Recent reports believe that Chelsea and Inter are ‘motivated’ in securing the deal, with the move to the San Siro benefitting every party.
However, as reported by Gianluca Di Marzio, Inter will only bring in one of Dybala or Lukaku and must make their decision.
There will be a new meeting with Dybala’s agents in the week as they look to discuss his wages, while Lukaku is set to negotiate with Chelsea regarding a departure.

Inter’s finances mean that they cannot afford a permanent deal for the forward, as the Italians are looking to bring him back on a two-year loan deal with a view to signing him permanently in the future.
It is unclear as to whether Chelsea would agree to this, so far demanding a fee of €20 million for a one-year loan deal.
The Blues are keen to recoup much of their £97.5 million fee which they paid to sign the Belgian on a club-record transfer last summer.

Things haven’t worked out for the striker, with him failing to live up to his form from Italy - scoring just 15 goals in his first season back at Chelsea.
Chelsea boss Thomas Tuchel has spent time in Italy over the summer, taking a well deserved break after a long season for the Blues and was caught joking with an Inter fan about Lukaku.
With the extent of the joke unclear, it looks like the Chelsea head coach is aware of the situation surrounding his forward as they are set for talks ahead of his potential departure.
For now, Inter must make a decision on whether to sign Lukaku or Dybala, while it was previously believed that Simone Inzaghi was dreaming of having the pair alongside Lautaro Martinez in his attack next season.

Chelsea will most likely have to dip into the transfer market to secure a replacement for the Belgian, whose head and heart are elsewhere going into the summer.
