Osimhen has been the subject of intense transfer speculation this summer, with a move away from Napoli mooted.
Chelsea are reportedly keeping tabs on his situation ahead of making an official offer.
The latest reports claimed the Blues were in talks with Napoli, which would see Osimhen join the Premier League side on loan while Romelu Lukaku would go the other way.
