Todd Boehly has confirmed his new Chelsea board after he was announced to be the Club's new Chairman following the departure of Bruce Buck.
It was confirmed earlier this week that Buck would leave on 30 June and Boehly was expected to takeover.
"Bruce has led Chelsea Football Club to the highest levels of international and domestic football, while also developing one of the most active social responsibility projects in sport," Boehly said earlier this week.

"We thank Bruce for his service and his commitment to the Club.”
Boehly succeeding Buck has now been confirmed, and he will also take over as the sporting director on an interim basis until a full-time replacement is found.
Marina Granovskaia's position at the club has also been announced. As expected, she leaves with immediate effect as the restructure continues at Stamford Bridge.
However, Granovskaia and Chelsea have agreed that she will remain available for the duration of the summer transfer window, to the extent required to support the transition.
Following the confirmation of Buck and Granovskaia's exits, Boehly has now named his new board.

Boehly outlined his vision for the Blues as they bid to continue winning major honours to the legacy created before their £4.25 billion arrival last month.
He said: "As custodians of Chelsea FC, we now begin executing our long-term vision and plan for the Club, creating an outstanding experience for its passionate, loyal fans, and continuing to challenge for top honours in line with Chelsea FC's decorated history.
"Working together, side-by-side, we are firmly committed to winning, both on and off the pitch. For us, that effort has begun."

"We look forward to backing Thomas Tuchel, Emma Hayes and their teams, and will provide proactive, unbending support to make Chelsea’s loyal fans and our partners proud."
Granovskaia was thanked for her service at the club by Boehly, who said: "We thank Marina for her many years of excellent service to the Club and wish her all the best in her future ventures."
