Mark Henry still believes Conor McGregor "would have his ass handed to him" by WWE superstars following his loss at UFC 257.
McGregor suffered a shock knockout defeat at the hands of Poirier in his first lightweight fight in over two years
Speaking to SPORTbible ahead of this Sunday's Royal Rumble, the 49-year-old admitted his opinion hasn't changed.
"I still feel the same way.
"I mean, he's 135-140lbs and you can't go talking like you'll whoop somebody who is 250lbs. There is a big difference."
'The World's Strongest Man' discussed McGregor on Busted Open Radio last January and didn't have time for his trash-talking, which saw the Irishman call wrestlers "messed up p*****s."
"He's not been a wrestling fan," he begun.
"He said things that was completely out of line, specially as it relates to him coming into the locker room and slapping everybody.
"I'm gonna tell you what, at that time, I was actually in the locker room. I welcome any 140 pounds or less guy on the planet to come and slap my face.
"I will tear your skin off and I will hang your skin in my closet.
"There's 50 guys in that WWE locker room that will hand him his ass. Just so y'all know. 'So don't think for one second that a 140 pound dude is going to go in there and survive against Braun Strowman.
"I would say that Chad Gable would rake him over the coals. Chad Gable will have him screaming for his mommy."
Back inside the squared circle, Sunday will see members of the male and female roster battle in Royal Rumble matches to earn a championship match at WrestleMania.
2020 had NXT superstar Bianca Belair take the show by storm, eliminating eight superstars inside 20 minutes.
Henry played a part in Belair making it to the WWE and at just 31-years-old, he thinks the sky is the limit for the 'EST of WWE.'
"You know what I don't think she [Belair] has a ceiling.
"I think she can be a Charlotte Flair, a Sasha Banks, a Bayley, a Asuka, she can be a perennial champion.
"Her talent and ability to entertain are equally as great and I hope the best for her."
As well as Belair, last year saw Keith Lee make his debut on the main roster after a strong Rumble showing.
A win over Randy Orton in August established Lee as a contender, before he suffered a loss to WWE Champion Drew McIntyre earlier this month.
'Limitless' is a Texas-native like Henry and the duo shared an exchange on 'The Bump' in July, following Lee's NXT Championship win over Adam Cole.
It means Henry is always keeping an eye on Lee's career and when it comes to WWE's flagship show, he likes what he's seen.
"I think Keith is doing a really good job. If you look to two, three weeks ago when he faced Drew McIntyre and they had an unbelievable match.
"I'm looking forward to seeing what Keith Lee does in the future but I'm happy with what he's doing right now."
