Jey Uso's entrance at Backlash France has been described as one of the all-time great WWE moments – and it's hard to disagree with that bold statement.
For the first time in WWE history, the country of France is hosting a premium live event. In fact, it's the first time Backlash has been staged outside of North America.
As a result, fans inside the the LDLC Arena in Decines-Charpieu, Lyon were hyped to see some of their favourite superstars, including current Undisputed WWE Champion Cody Rhodes.

As you can see from the footage below, Uso was given a quite incredible welcome. "I have never seen anything like this," said Corey Graves on commentary. "It's like the walls are moving. This is nuts!"

A third wrote: "Everyone in France using their phones to bounce up and down for Jey Uso's entrance is genius. Why couldn't we think of that here in America?"
A fourth said: "Jey Uso's entrance in France is like the Beetles arriving in the UK in their prime. The France crowd is amazing. Look at these phone lights. Smart AF."
A fifth added: "The atmosphere was electric, filled with palpable anticipation. This was more than an entrance; it was a spectacle, highlighting Jey Uso's profound connection with the audience."
The crowd may have been behind Uso on Saturday night but Damian Priest successfully retained his World Heavyweight Championship against "Uce", who looked taken aback by the reception he received.
