Tyrell Malacia was "very happy" following his Manchester United debut, where he played a part in a 4-0 win against Liverpool.
The two Premier League teams faced off in Thailand, in their first pre-season fixture respectively.
Jurgen Klopp opened the game with only a handful of first-team regulars starting. While United began with a stronger team.

It was 3-0 by the interval, with goals from Jadon Sancho, Fred and Anthony Martial giving the Reds a comfortable lead as they played some impressive football.
Malacia was gifted the opportunity to make his debut in the second half, as Erik ten Hag made 10 changes to the team as play resumed.

The left-back was operating alongside Alex Telles, who could be sold this summer. Telles was acting as a left centre-back, with captain Harry Maguire unavailable for the encounter.
There were a few visible moments of nerves from the Dutchman, but he started to find his feet and make some nice passes.
He was up against Mo Salah for the last 30 minutes of the game and dealt well with last season's top goalscorer in the Premier League.
Salah's only real chance was towards the end of the game where he cut inside and curled an effort towards the far post.

His shot rebounded off the post and Liverpool's new signing Darwin Nunez missed the rebound, which looked to be an easy chance to slot home.
That would've made United fans happy, as the striker rejected Old Trafford for Anfield this summer.
Another man who was happy after the game was Malacia.

The left-back admitted that it was a difficult game to adjust to in the Bangkok heat, but added that he enjoyed being able to step on the pitch in United colours and explained how he wants to impact games going forward.
"I'm very happy," he told MUTV after making his debut in the second half. "It feels amazing to be here and wearing this shirt. It was difficult because the weather is very hot, but we made it. I hope to defend well, get some assists and give some energy to the team.
It is expected that he will have to adjust to the Premier League, but Malacia is ready for the challenge as he aims to challenge Luke Shaw for the left-back spot at the Theatre of Dreams.

"Yeah it is." Was Malacia's short answer when asked if the intensity was different to the Eredivisie. "Of course, it is a dream for me to play there, and now I am here."
He will be hoping to continue to train well and make further good impressions when United face Melbourne Victory on Friday.
