Manchester United sources have issued an update on Marcus Rashford's injury status.
It was revealed earlier this week that Marcus Rashford would not be selected to join the England squad for their upcoming internationals, with the Manchester United forward later confirming that he was suffering from a minor injury.
He did not take part in United's 2-0 win over Sheriff Tiraspol on Thursday due to the injury.

Rashford has been on great form this season, scoring three goals and providing two assists in United's last four Premier League fixtures.
There was some doubt and worry as to if Rashford would be able to play in the Manchester derby, however a positive update has been issued on the forward's fitness.
This is according to ESPN, who have revealed that Manchester United are hopeful of having Rashford fit and ready for the game.

Club medical staff do not believe that the injury is serious, and that Rashford will re-join the squad for training by next week.
Marcus Rashford has a total of four goals and one assist in the past against City, adding to his impressive record against the Premier League "big six".
Sources reportedly told ESPN that Rashford has been given hope by England manager Gareth Southgate that he could still 'force his way' into the squad, despite missing out on the games against Italy and Germany.
Manchester United are due to play at the Etihad on 2 October at 14:00 BST.
