Manchester United new boy Lisandro Martinez starts against Rayo Vallecano, whilst Cristiano Ronaldo also makes his return to the side amid uncertainty about his future at the club.
After being an unused substitute against Atletico Madrid in Oslo, the Argentine is able to make his United bow (in front of supporters) at Old Trafford.
It will also be Erik ten Hag's first match as the prestigious stadium, following the pre-season tour of Thailand, Australia and Norway.

We have seen United's team develop over the last few weeks as Ten Hag looks to implement his style of play ahead of the season.
Three back-to-back victories gave the Reds a real positive start to pre-season, however, the draw against Aston Villa and a narrow loss to the Diego Simeone's side might've brought anyone getting too carried away back down to earth.
Yet, both of those games saw positives to be taken, as Ten Hag expanded after the defeat on Saturday.
"I think it was a tough workout and I think we contributed really well, and I think the performance from our team is really good," he told MUTV.
“I think what I say, our game, our possession game, our transition game I think was really good," he continued.

"So we create a lot of threat for them. We had weapons, we create opportunities, so at that point I was really satisfied.
"Also, on a set play we had a big chance from Harry Maguire and, so we had enough but it wasn’t enough to win the game and that’s always our aim.”
Ten Hag will be looking to continue the positive trend, but this time end the game with a win. United's Premier League opener against Brighton is in seven days.
Martinez's first appearance at the Reds' home will be an exciting prospect for the supporters.
