Parramatta Eels star Clint Gutherson was on the end of a hefty hit over the weekend that had him chucking his guts up.
The Eels were digging deep to overcome the New Zealand Warriors in a Round 18 clash at CommBank Stadium before the Parramatta captain was left in agony and on all fours.
The 27-year-old was racing up the field when he copped a huge hit from Warriors winger Marcelo Montoya right in the sternum in the 44th minute.
Just moments later, Gutho was being helped up by a trainer, but not before he looked toward his feet and spewed out all the pain.

Andrew Johns commented on the collision, saying: “It‘s the hits that you don’t see coming and you’re relaxed, as you can see ... talk about catching an up-and-under.”
Whilst commentator Dan Ginnane said: “I think we know what colour Gatorade he was drinking.”
Obviously, no amount of vomit was going to keep Gutherson down as he regained his feet and went on to score a crucial try in the 56th minute to help his team to a 28-18 win.

The literal definition of sucking in the big ones.
The Eels fullback later explained that he wasn’t too sure what would come up from below when he found himself gasping for air.
He said: “Montoya just absolutely folded me off the wing. I couldn't breathe for a couple of seconds, but I got back up.

"I don't know what was coming up, but I feel good now. I'm a very big spewer no matter what I'm doing ... my throat's going to be sore later."
Nothing like a cheeky tactical vomit to keep you in the game, whether that’s on a night out or in the middle of the footy.
NRL fans are growing quite accustomed to a bit of spew during their rugby league viewings.
Blues star Angus Crichton was seen throwing up on the sideline on three occasions during game two of the State of Origin series.

Staff members had to assist him off the field at half-time, however, unlike Gutherson, his guts weren’t rumbled from a hit.
He revealed to The Sydney Morning Herald that he had been sick all day and had been throwing up in the shower just an hour before kick-off.
These footy players certainly don’t let a bit of puke rule them out.
