Whether you’re looking to introduce more protein into your diet or you’re on the lookout for a meal replacement drink that’s tasty as well as nutritious, you're in luck as people are going crazy for a protein shake that keeps them full for hours.

The brand in question even has a slew of famous fans including British and Irish Lions Caption Sam Warburton, European Boxing Champion Dean Clancy and GB Triathlete Kate Jayden.

Intrigued? So were we...

The meal shake from Whole Supp contains 13 different superfoods, a variety of vitamins and minerals and 31g of 100% plant-based protein. And given the number of five-star reviews, its flavour is really what makes it stand out.

Each 1.5kg bag of the shake has enough in it for 15 meals, which works out at around £1.99 a meal based on the usual £33.99 price. However, there’s currently a great offer where you can not only pick up a 1.5kg bag of the meal shake but you also get their Eco-Friendly Shaker – which is usually priced at £15 – plus a free scoop and free shipping, for the exact same price.

All you have to do to get the offer is input the code FIRSTTIME and it will add the Starter Kit to your online basket.

And if chocolate isn’t your thing, the meal shake also comes in vanilla and caramel sea salt flavours, which sound equally as appetising.

But if you’re still not sure whether it could work for you and your dietary or training needs, we did a bit of digging into its ingredients to see how it measures up.

What ingredients does it include?

The shake is packed with superfoods including spinach, which helps with muscle strengthening and function (as Popeye can attest), flaxseeds which can help reduce inflammation and improve recovery time after exercise and organic cherries, which are believed to reduce inflammation and muscle soreness.

And the plant based proteins such as brown rice protein and pea protein help to keep you fuller for longer. Despite this, even if you consume it around an hour before you start working out, it's still light enough on the stomach.

What are customers saying?

One happy shopper took to the brand’s website to rave: “This is hands down the best shake out there. I’ve tried multiple brands in the past but nothing compares to Whole Supp. Both chocolate and vanilla tastes as amazing as each other and leaves me feeling energised for hours. Top class product and would recommend it to anyone looking to elevate their nutrition.”

While another shared: “As a sports nutrition professional, I'm always on the lookout for products that can fill a specific use case and solve problems for my athletes. I've found Whole Supp to be more filling and palatable than other powder formulations, made even more impressive because it's a plant-based product.”
