Tom Brady has had a steep learning curve in transitioning from the NFL field to the broadcast booth.
The former quarterback is widely regarded as the sport’s GOAT after collecting seven Super Bowl rings and winning 10 Conference Championships during a stellar NFL career.
Now retired as a player, he was quickly snapped up as a colour commentator by Fox Sports and signed a $375m contract.

But his first season in the booth is proving that it isn’t easy to instantly make the switch.
Brady came under fire from fans on Monday night after calling Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen a ‘s**z’ while commentating on the Bills’ win over the Seattle Seahawks.
It was described as ‘sickening’ by fans who were left shocked by Brady’s use of the term on broadcast.
But an Insider told DailyMail.com that Brady was unaware that his comments would be offensive.

“Tom had zero intention on getting anyone upset over his comments about Josh Allen that people are grilling him about online,” the insider said.
“The microscope that is being put on Tom over everything he does is something he is aware of but in no way whatsoever did he think those comments were offensive.
“He'll take it on the chin and be better next time.
“He's not going to respond to every single thing that is put towards him or that people think was bad, he will just use it as fuel to be better and won't make the same mistake twice.”

The Bills beat the Seahawks 31-10 and Allen threw two touchdown passes as part of a thoroughly dominant display from his team.
And the source added that Allen bears no animosity towards Brady for his controversial comments.
“Josh knows about the comment and is not bothered by it at all,' they said.

“He's good with Tom and they are not in a negative place with each other. Josh would shake Tom's hand right now if they were in the same room. It is all good.”
