The NFL community has been shaken up after witnessing a sickening collision which saw a Buffalo Bills player taken away in an ambulance.
Cornerback Dane Jackson was attempting to tackle Tennessee Titans wide receiver Treylon Burks.

But as Jackson wrapped up his rival player, his Bills teammate Tremaine Edmunds came flying in over the top.
The sheer force of the impact jolted Jackson's head back in a very dangerous position.
With the player lying motionless on the field, emergency services were called into action and an ambulance made its way into the arena to take him to hospital.

The entire Bills team entered the field to make sure he was alright, although team officials are yet to give an update on his condition.
That said, Buffalo did confirm that Jackson “has been taken to ECMC for evaluation of a neck injury” and will “be getting a CT scan and an X-Ray”.

The Bills also added that the star cornerback "has full movement in his extremities".
The scary incident makes for tough viewing.
Even those who witnessed the violent collision in the flesh were visibly shaken up.

On the NFL's official broadcast, cameras panned out to show Bills spectators praying for the cornerback in the stands.
Prayers up for Jackson, let's hope he makes a speedy recovery.
