If you go down the physical route, you can either pick it up in-store at retailers such as HMV, Currys and Argos or order it direct to your door from Amazon, Very or GAME.
But it’s not quite as simple as picking your device and hitting purchase.
There are actually three versions of NBA2k25 to choose from, regardless of the platform or device. There’s the Standard Edition priced at £69.99, the All-Star Edition for £89.99 and the Hall of Fame Edition that’s £129.99, with the two more premium options coming with a variety of different perks.
For example, the Hall of Fame Edition comes with a 12-Month NBA League Pass Subscription and a Season 1 Pro Pass with 4 upfront Pro Pass rewards.

When it comes to challenging rival lineups, MyTEAM will pit you against other players to see who will become the weekly King of the Court, with you also being able to play as the latest NBA and WNBA superstars, as well as legends from the past.
Or if you prefer to strategise off the court, MyNBA allows you to become a General Manager and see exactly what goes into taking a team all the way to the championships. Plus, you can choose from six different eras, including an all-new era, to truly put your own stamp on the ball game.
It is worth noting that the Play Now, MyNBA, The W and MyLEAGUE features are all available offline but every other game mode and feature will require an internet connection. While we have a feeling you’ll already be aware of this, it's something to bear in mind just in case you plan on playing while you’re out and about or without WiFi.

However, all that’s left to do now is gather some friends or block off some time to take to the court.
