Michael Jordan is widely regarded as the greatest NBA player of all time, but he wasn't always easy to play with.
The iconic No.23 fired teh Chicago Bulls to six NBA championships during his career and won five Most Valuable Player awards.
Jordan held himself to high standards and expected the same of his colleagues. And he wasn't afraid of confrontation if he felt his standards weren't being met.

During The Last Dance, the 2020 Netflix documentary looking back at his career, it is revealed how Jordan would clash with teammates Steve Kerr and Scott Burrell.
And in an emotional moment during The Last Dance, the Chicago Bulls icon got emotional when confronted with how some of his former teammates felt about his aggressive leadership style.
"Let’s not get it wrong," former Bull Will Perdue said. “He was an a******.

"He was a jerk. He crossed the line numerous times.”
"When people see this, they're going to say 'Well, he wasn't really a nice guy, he may have been a tyrant,'" Jordan said. "Well that's you, because you never won anything. I wanted to win, but I wanted them to win and be a part of that as well."
"I don't have to do this. I'm only doing it because it is who I am," Jordan said, fighting back tears.

"That's how I played the game. That was my mentality. If you don't want to play that way, don't play that way," Jordan said, his voice breaking as he asked director Jason Hehir to pause filming.
But Hehir believes such moments of raw emotion were key to the authenticity of The Last Dance.
"What are the things that elicit that kind of emotion from him? Showing him his mom reading a letter home from him, his mom's voice, his mom's face. Family elicits emotion from him," Hehir told Jalen & Jacoby.
"And his philosophy, how he lives his life, defending that. He is so adamant about that that he gets emotional about it."
