Despite being on the market for over 10 years, Michael Jordan has so far failed to sell his stunning mansion.
The NBA superstar first listed his huge mansion which is located in Highland Park, Chicago, back in 2012 for an eye-watering $29 million.
Since then, he has lowered the price substantially to $14.85 million but Jordan is still unable to offload his property.

It has been claimed that the reason behind the failure to sell the house could be down to the level of customisation within the mansion.
Bruce Bowers of Bowers Realty Group said: “It’s clearly his home.
“It’s a tough sell. There’s a lot of work that would have to be done to make it your own.”

On arrival at the property, you will be greeted with a huge front gate with Jordan’s number 23 welded onto it.
Inside, the house has nine bedrooms, 15 full baths, four half baths and a massive 14-car garage.
Spanning seven acres, the property also includes a circular infinity pool with a bridge and an island made out of grass.
In addition, Jordan had a regulation-sized basketball court, gym, putting green, tennis court, card room, game room, cigar room wine cellar and a huge workout room installed.
Compass’ broker associate Katherine Malkin said to Business Insider: “Most people in Chicago who can financially maintain an estate this size would have built on the lake.

“But Michael chose privacy over the lake—with location near the expressway and practice facilities. The house comes furnished. Michael Jordan has extraordinary taste.”
She added: “It’s a unique home that’s set up like [accessible] pods, thoughtfully laid out as a main house (with kitchen, dining room and bedrooms), a home office, recreational area, guest house and a sports pavilion.
“This would be great for a very large family, especially during this pandemic. It’s like a resort on its own. It has everything anyone would ever need.”
