NBA fans watching the recent match in London were heard chanting support for Renee Good after she was killed by an ICE agent in Minnesota.

On Sunday evening, the Memphis Grizzlies and the Orlando Magic faced off in an NBA match played at London's O2 Arena.

The clash was first regular-season fixture to be played in the English capital since 2019, with British NBA fans taking their opportunity to voice their concerns on ongoing political affairs.

As a pre-recorded message of London mayor Sadiq Khan played inside the stadium, fans suddenly started to boo, before erupting in cheers as Real Madrid and Brazil legend Marcelo appeared on screen.

But it wasn't just British politics addressed by fans watching the NBA match, as they also started several chants aimed at US President Donald Trump and the United States Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).

During a match between the Minnesota Timberwolves and the Cleveland Cavaliers, the home side paid tribute to local woman Good, 37, after she was fatally shot by an ICE agent in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Fans attending the NBA game immediately shared their support for Good, voicing their anger towards ICE for their actions and the continued presence in the American city.

These feelings have been echoed by fans across the country, with many voicing their anger while attending games, a sentiment that has now crossed international waters.

Shortly before the London clash between the Memphis Grizzlies and the Orlando Magic tipped off, chants of 'f**k ice', were heard around the O2 Arena.

Good, a mother of three, was shot and killed by an ICE agent while she was acting as a legal observer of the controversial federal law enforcement agency.

Following the incident, Trump claimed that the ICE agent was was acting in self-defence and blamed the 'radical left' for the killing of the mother of three.

Meanwhile several eye witnesses claimed that Trump and other government officials have been intentionally misinformed the public about what happened to defend the ICE agent that shot and killed Good.

Supporters also chanted "leave Greenland alone" and booed the US national anthem in response to Trump's recent promises to annex it for the sake of national security.

Trump has vowed to implement a wave of increasing tariffs on the UK and seven other European countries until the US is allowed to buy Greenland, which is a semi-autonomous territory of Denmark and has been for hundreds of years.

However, Trump also has refused to rule out taking the territory by force, claiming that the US 'has to have' it.
