UFC fighter Kevin Holland decided to make an example out of another troll who called him out online.
The 21-7 middleweight has developed a knack for destroying keyboard warriors and posting footage of his encounters with them on his social media channels.
The latest one saw a "fan" give Holland a bit of lip at a recent meet-and-greet event before bravely DMing him on Instagram and asking for a fight.

Holland was more than happy to oblige to the request and promptly invited the man to his gym. But the troll instantly regretted his actions as 'Trailblazer' gave him a good hiding.
Even with taking it easy, Holland dished out some serious punishment. It started with punches that purposely didn't have full power but then the leg kicks to the stomach were absolutely brutal.
The fan asked for Holland to stop and it appears as though the person filming the sparring also expressed concern.
In another video teased on Twitter for the full sparring clip on his OnlyFans page, Holland allowed his troll to get some offence in through punches to the midriff.
On Instagram, Holland revealed that the individual became his second troll after calling him 'Derek Brunson' - another UFC middleweight.

But he said the troll ended up "being respectful" - and earning his respect as a result.
Holland wrote: "Honestly, I liked this troll way more.
“So this guy at the meet and greet called me Brunson…. later he got an autograph.

“Next day he got the pleasure of being troll number two.
“Dude ended up being respectful so yes I respect him for showing up.”
This isn't the first time Holland has taught a lesson to a troll who disrespected him.
One chap claimed he could submit Holland so he then paid for his bus ticket and hotel before choking him out at his gym.

Deontay Wilder and Joe Rogan have also done similar in the past in putting trolls back in their place in person.
