A Joe Rogan podcast guest says his appearance on the show is the reason for Israel Adesanya's UFC downfall following his latest setback.
Adesanya suffered a devastating TKO defeat to Nassourdine Imavov, who scored a huge victory in the main-event of last weekend's UFC Saudi Arabia.
Imavov stopped 'The Last Stylebender' in the second round to record the biggest victory of his MMA career.
It's now three defeats in a row for Adesanya, who hasn't won a UFC contest since his victory over Alex Pereira back in April 2023.

And UFC welterweight contender Joaquin Buckley is taking credit for the former champion's UFC decline, having re-uploaded his appearance on the Joe Rogan Experience.
Speaking to Rogan, Buckley explained: "Izzy is able to be finished in certain positions that he put himself in because there’s a lot of things that he do because of his reach.
"He leans back a lot to try to counter away from punches, right? But if you can find that angle and you can see the holes open in there because his body is there, his chin is available, you know, you can find that punch."
Following Imavov's victory over Adesanya, Buckley took to social media to share his thoughts on the stunning UFC result.

"Once I gave my take on how to beat Izzy on JRE I feel like Buddy career has never been the same. Congrats to Nassourdine maybe we run it back in the future," he posted on X, accompanied with a clip of his appearance on Rogan's podcast.
Adesanya, 35, surrendered the UFC middleweight to Sean Strickland before losing to Dricus Du Plessis last summer.
His defeat to Imavov is his third consecutive defeat as he admitted he's unsure what is next for him.

"I don’t know [what’s next for me],” he told ESPN. "I have to chill and think about things. I’ll relax a little bit.
"Help the team-mates that have fights coming up and see what I wanna do.
"I was going to that anyway, but now I’m forced to. Shoutout to Nassourdine for that."
