Israel Adesanya was reduced to tears in a hugely emotional moment after clashing with Dricus du Plessis during the UFC 305 pre-fight press conference.
Du Plessis makes the first defence of his UFC middleweight title against former champion Adesanya in the main-event of UFC 305 this weekend.
And ahead of their Perth showdown, Du Plessis and Adesanya clashed at a pre-fight presser.

Adesanya told a reporter that he'd take the UFC belt to Nigeria then South Africa in a UFC 305 victory parade.
Du Plessis hit back as he asked his rival if he'd take his 'servants' with him, which angered Adesanya, who referenced his father and mother.

"You don't know anything about my story," he exclaimed. "You have no idea who I am."
Du Plessis replied: "I don't care about your story."
Moments later, Adesanya burst into tears as he paid tribute to his family.

"He touched a subject there because I do this for my family," he said, before tearing up. "I do this for the people I love. I'm a man. I can cry and whoop your ass at the same time... I'm gonna f**king kill your dreams, b*tch."

Du Plessis and Adesanya then faced off in a fiery head-to-head as words were exchanged.
'DDP' aims to make the maiden defence of his UFC middleweight championship, having captured the title against Sean Strickland in January.
As for Adesanya, he returns to the Octagon for the first time since losing the UFC middleweight belt to Strickland back in September 2023.
