Dana White has revealed the staggering amount UFC fighters can earn in the organisation without being one of the 'major stars'.
The UFC has often come under scrutiny for the amount it pays its fighters, with Jake Paul launching an attack on Dana White on the subject in 2023.
āYou know, now that the company is making billions of dollars a year, and the fighters are only getting 15 percent of it," Paul stated.

"Thatās really where all of it stems from, is wanting higher fighter pay and long-term health care for the fighters."
Due to this public dispute, many may believe the only way to make the big bucks is if you are a Conor McGregor or Jon Jones, but White recently gave an example of a lesser-known fighter who's been raking in the cash.
"We got a guy right now whoās 40 years old and heās on this hot streak, man. His nameās Jim Miller, heās been around forever," White told The TRUTH Podcast.

"Heās been around since like we bought the company and heās still fighting."
The lightweight veteran has been with the promotion since October 2008, amassing an impressive 46 fights and 26 wins in the Octagon, a record unmatched by any other fighter.
"Heās gonna fight on UFC 300 and this is a guy whoās been ā I guess you could call him a journeyman in boxing, right? If you ask most people, they wouldnāt know who Jim Miller is, and the guyās made millions of dollars," White continued.
Despite his prolific career, Miller has never competed for a title during his tenure, although he has consistently been recognised as a top contender.

White also broke gave more transparency to the UFC's method of fighter pay on the podcast.
āWhen you become a champion, you become a partner. You share in the pay-per-view revenue. Whoever is the champion in boxing, you get the lion's share of the revenue. Here, itās dispersed through across everybody," White explained.
