Footage of Dana White's heated conversation with Khabib Nurmagomedov immediately after his brawl with Conor McGregor shows the volatile the situation was following the fight.
Today (October 6) marks the five year anniversary of UFC 229, which was headlined by the UFC lightweight championship bout between Nurmagomedov and McGregor.
Nurmagomedov submitted McGregor in the fourth round of their Las Vegas showdown to defend his UFC title.

But he did NOT have the UFC belt wrapped around his waist following his victory over the Irishman.
That intervention was down to White, who believed fans in attendance at the T-Mobile Arena would have thrown 'sh*t' into the Octagon. Check out their conversation below:
The now-UFC CEO told 'The Eagle': "This is what I believe, if I put this belt on you - everybody's gonna start throwing sh*t into the Octagon."

To which the fighter replied: "Brother, I ready for this!"
White hit back: "Other people might get hurt."
The UFC chief eventually had his way, with Nurmagomedov ushered out of the cage back to the dressing without having the UFC belt presented to him after his title defence.
He reluctantly left the cage with local police, security guards and commissioners escorting him out of the firing line.

It's five years since Nurmagomedov and McGregor's team brawled, but the incident remains etched in MMA history.
The Dagestan star revisited the brawl with McGregor when he joined Mike Tyson on his podcast.
Speaking about the infamous moment, he said: "Okay, when I catch his neck and I choke him like he tap you know.
"And I think hey, you bring like thousands people from Ireland here from different part of world, and you tap in front of them.

"And you talk like about warrior or something like this? How you can tap? Go sleep. Go sleep."
