Jake Paul has sent Dana White an interesting message after the UFC president refused to rule out signing him.
The YouTuber-turned-boxer has clashed with the promoter over fighter pay and the call out of a host of his UFC stars.
He's challenged the likes of Conor McGregor, Nate Diaz, Jorge Masvidal and Kamaru Usman to a boxing bout.
And in the build-up to his rematch against Tyron Woodley, the 25-year-old teased a transition to MMA.
Speaking recently, White appeared to be open to allowing Paul fight inside the famed Octagon.
"It’s not that he doesn’t have my respect, I don’t even know the kid," he told the FULL SEND podcast.
"To be honest with you, right here right now, this is the last time you’ll hear me talking about him. I’m done with it.
"Would I let him (in the UFC)? Well, he can do whatever he wants to do. I don’t know. I don’t think that would ever happen but listen, I never say never anymore."
'The Problem Child' has since reacted to White's claim, stating it's only a matter of time before he makes his debut in the cage.
He also revealed the weight he'd compete at and took a swipe at McGregor.
Paul tweeted: "When I make my MMA debut, I could cut 20 pounds & do it at Welterweight / 170 pounds.
"That’s what all UFC fighters do and many have destroyed their bodies & minds doing it. But I’m gonna do it at Middleweight (185). Health first.
"PS Conor walking around at 190."
Paul has beaten former UFC stars in Ben Askren and Woodley in his budding boxer career.
He got fight fans talking when he uploaded a video of himself training leg-kicks.
Bellator chief Scott Coker has offered him a route into MMA, with White also seemingly interested in having him on board.
