Conor McGregor made a surprise appearance at the UFC 285 ceremonial weigh-ins on Friday night to film a scene for the upcoming remake of Road House.
The former UFC featherweight and lightweight double-champion will make his acting debut later this year when he stars in Amazon Prime Video's reimagining of the classic 1980s action movie.
The film will centre around a former MMA fighter, played by American actor Jake Gyllenhaal, who takes a new job as a bouncer at a rough roadside bar in Florida Keys.

UFC veteran Jay Hieron will also play a starring role in the film.
McGregor, meanwhile, has starred in numerous commercials throughout his career but this will be his first foray into feature films – and it looks like he has taken to it like a duck to water.
Soon after Jon Jones and Ciryl Gane faced off for the last time ahead of their highly-anticipated heavyweight bout this weekend, the Irishman took to the stage with mic in hand.

He embraced the returning Jones before welcoming the Las Vegas crowd, who soon grabbed a souvenir hat from McGregor.
Then, to the delight of the capacity crowd, a scene featuring a ceremonial weigh-in and faceoff between Gyllenhaal and Hieron was filmed for the Road House movie. You can see watch Gyllenhaal's weigh-in above.
In regards to the Road House remake, the movie will be available to watch in more than 240 countries and territories worldwide once it has been released later this year.

An exact release date has yet to be announced.
Last week, McGregor made a prediction for his much-anticipated UFC comeback against Michael Chandler.
The 34-year-old is set to return to action when he takes on Chandler in a blockbuster event later this year but before they clash inside the Octagon, both men will go head-to-head as coaches on The Ultimate Fighter 31.
The filming for TUF is officially underway in Vegas and the Irishman stepped away from the upcoming series to give his prediction for his return bout.

Speaking to The MacLife, McGregor said he has 'no issues' with the American, but believes he'll 'slice' through him when they go head-to-head.
"I like Michael, we’re blokes," the former UFC double champion said. "I posed with him yesterday. I’ve got no issues with him at all. I think he’s a good fighter.
"Coaching against him, I’m interested to see his coaching style. He’s more of an athlete type of a guy than a technical martial artist.

"I know he’s got some skills in the wrestling department, and he’s got some skills overall. But as far as the small, finer details, I’m interested to see.
"I’m happy where I’m at. It will be an interesting one to go against him [on the show] before I go against him [in the fight]."
