There’s only a few days to go until the 2025 Grand National kicks off, and there’s still time to bag tickets if you’re keen.
Every year, around 150,000 racegoers descend on Aintree in Merseyside, for three days of action-packed racing. During the famous three-day event, more than 20 races will take place, with the legendary Grand National kicking off on the Saturday.
In the grand finale, horses have to complete two laps of the course, covering an impressive four and a half miles and jumping 30 fences in total.
