Tiger Woods revealed what Donald Trump did on golf course that shocked him amid 'cheating' allegations

Donald Trump's ability on the golf course left an impression on Tiger Woods.

Tiger Woods has revealed what Donald Trump did on a golf course that shocked him amid claims he cheats when he plays.

Trump is closely associated with many sports, including MMA, where he enjoys a strong friendship with UFC CEO Dana White.

The US president is also an avid golfer, having acquired and constructed golf courses over the years.

But, according to former Sports Illustrated columnist Rick Reilly, Trump goes to extreme lengths to cheat when he's playing golf, having once won a competition despite missing half of it.

"I’ve always said golf is like bicycle shorts. It reveals a lot about a guy,” Reilly said during an appearance on Deadline White House. "And what it reveals about this guy is that he cannot lose. He has to win and he will do anything to cheat.

"And I know because I played golf with him and he took seven mulligans. He took a 'give me chip-in'. I’ve never even heard of a 'give me chip-in'."

Reilly also claimed Trump has fraudulently accumulated several championship trophies and claimed victory in numerous wagers.

"What he does [is] he just calls in and goes, 'I usually beat that guy, give me the trophy'.” he alleged.

Trump has played golf with Woods, too, and his showing on the course left an impression on the sporting legend.

Woods claimed Trump 'can rip it hard' despite his age and praised his energy around the course.

"At the time I think we only had, what, 10 security carts," Woods revealed in 2017. "I think his might be increased now."

When asked about Trump's game, Woods replied: "For a person who is 70 years old, he hits it hard. People don't realise he's that old and he can rip it and hit it as far as he does. He keeps himself in pretty good shape and pretty good health and has an inordinate amount of energy."
