A YouTuber has spent a small fortune to review the neon green Gucci Ultrapace R's – a pair of unique 'trainers' that share plenty of similarities with modern day football boots.
Kieran Brown, a YouTube personality with over 1.9 million followers on the platform, tested three designer football boots in total, including the 100% vegan Stella McCartney x Adidas collection.
He also reviewed a pair of the KING Platinum 911 Legacy cleats by Sports Car manufacturer Porshe but luxury fashion house Gucci and their first-ever football 'boot' was the main hook in this 8-minute clip.
According to the guys at Footy Headlines, the Gucci Ultrapace R's are a boot designed for small-sided games – so Kieran tested the shoes out on a standard 5-a-side court.

"The best way I can describe these is... it's like wearing those shoes you go in the sea with," he says.
"And comfort wise, they feel pretty good. First impressions ; they aren't terrible. That's probably the biggest compliment I can give them."
The Ultrapace R's certainly bear a resemblance to modern day boot designs, with the absence of laces and high collar.
They are also crafted from a technical blend fabrication in a stretch knit weave, featuring a round toe and rubber sole. But how do they perform on grass?

After saying the rubber sole on the shoe lets its overall perfomance down, Kieran tests them out with a shooting drill on grass.
"What you are about to witness is potentially the worst set of shots you've ever seen," he says. "I can't even reach the goal with them... I keep scuffing the floor."
The YouTuber then gives his final thoughts on the Gucci Ultrapace R's. "If, for some reason, you wanted to, then you could get away with wearing these in a 5-a-side game or on a court," he concludes.

"I'm not sure why you'd want to but if you are one the few people watching this video that are seriously considering buying them, you could do that but I think you're better off buying any other pair of football trainers because they would be far cheaper and far better.
"And if you want to know if you can wear them on a pitch... absolutely not."
