With the 2022 World Cup in Qatar fast approaching, Nike have released a brand new advert titled the ‘GOAT Experiment’ and it has been a huge hit.
In the adverts, the likes of Kylian Mbappe, Ronaldinho, Cristiano Ronaldo, Virgil van Dijk were joined by superstars from the women’s game such as Sam Kerr and Alex Morgan as they bid to be the ultimate GOAT of football.
Nike have always managed to produce top-quality football adverts and we have decided to rank the top five adverts from the company.

The Cage - 2002
This spectacular advert back in 2002 reportedly cost Nike a whopping £80 million and it featured the likes of Thierry Henry, Edgar Davids, Ronaldo and Luis Figo.
Players were up against each other in what looked like a UFC cage with goals at the end.
Eric Catona was the referee and he was tasked with feeding the ball into the cage to signal the start of the battle.
Wayne Rooney Caravan - 2010
Advert
Manchester United star Rooney with a beard, looking rather in poor shape was one of the most memorable moments in Nike adverts history.
However, the Englishman was overshadowed by the likes of Didier Drogba, Ronaldinho and Cristiano Ronaldo.
Winner Stays On - 2014
Advert
This advert started with players playing in a park but then the settings turned into a huge stadium. Kids were playing football at the start but they suddenly turn into football stars such as Neymar and Ronaldo.
Take It to the Next Level - 2008
An amateur catches the eyes of Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger and invites him to the club. He then becomes best friends with Cesc Fabregas and works hard in order to improve his game, he worked so hard that he ended up vomiting.
Brazil’s World Cup squad - 1998

The Brazil players took getting through airport security to the next level as the likes of Ronaldo, Denilson and Roberto Carlos aim to keep the ball moving through the terminal whilst showcasing their skills to avoid other people.
Carlos smashes the ball around a plane, but Ronaldo fails to score.
