Crystal Palace could be about to miss out on re-signing former forward Wilfried Zaha this summer.
The 31-year-old left Selhurst Park in 2023 and joined Turkish giants Galatasaray on a three-year deal.
But with things seemingly not going to play for the ex-Manchester United man, rumours had circulated about a return to the Premier League.

Zaha netted 10 goals in 43 appearances for Okan Buruk's side last season but is now ready to embark on another new chapter.
According to The Athletic, the Ivory Coast international could now be on his way to Leicester City.
The Foxes are said to be actively working on a deal to bring the experienced forward to the King Power Stadium.

A loan move has been touted but it remains to be seen whether Crystal Palace will look to hijack the deal.
Palace have explored the same possibility, a loan-to-buy move, as their former star has a contract until 2026
Zaha left Palace as a free agent in 2023 after rejecting a record four-year deal worth £200,000 per week, it is claimed.

When asked if it was a difficult decision to leave Selhurst Park, the 31-year-old told TNTSports: “It was. But at the same time, I thought: ‘It’s the time for me to move on now.’
“There were the younger players coming through and I felt as though it gave them an opportunity to shine as well.
“I had been at Crystal Palace for a long time – I felt like I accomplished everything I could there.
“It was always my dream to play [in the] Champions League, so to get that opportunity finally was something that I couldn’t turn down.

“I had to wave goodbye to Crystal Palace – the club I loved for many years.
“I still love them, but it’s a new adventure for me.”
