United have also been looking to sign a striker ever since the acrimonious departure of Cristiano Ronaldo last November.
And having been priced out of deals for the likes of Tottenham’s Harry Kane and Napoli’s Victor Osimhen, it appears Ten Hag has turned his attention to Ramos.

It remains to be seen whether United will try again for Ramos, who netted 27 goals and claimed 12 assists in 47 appearances for Benfica last season.
Yet the publication claims Telles prefers a move to his former club Porto, while he also has suitors in his native Brazil.
