Kalvin Phillips has reportedly offered himself to a massive European club ahead of the summer transfer window.
Back in the summer of 2022, Phillips moved to the Etihad Stadium from Leeds United in a deal worth a reported fee of £42 million.
However, the Englishman has so far failed to impress as he struggles to adapt to Pep Guardiola’s demands.

In January, the 28-year-old moved to West Ham United on loan but again found it tough.
Phillips ended up making just 10 appearances for the Hammers and was shown a red card against Nottingham Forest after two bookable offences.
Looking ahead to the summer transfer window, it has been claimed that Phillips has offered himself to Spanish La Liga giants Barcelona.
