Pictures have emerged showing Spurs players’ fitness being tested to the maximum during pre season training in South Korea.
Manager Antonio Conte is known for his no nonsense and hard hitting approach and it seems the Italian has been setting some pretty intense exercises for his players.
Football.London’s Spurs correspondent, Alasdair Gold was present at the team’s training at the Seoul World Cup Stadium, and spotted the players being put through repeated full pitch runs after their two hour training session.
There were several pictures of the Spurs players lying down on the pitch after the runs with hands on their heads as they gasped for air.

Even world class players such as Harry Kane and Son Heung Min were struggling with the intensity of the exercise put on by Conte and his staff.
6,000 fans were lucky enough to get tickets to watch the training session live, and they will for sure appreciate the hard work put in by their favourite players ahead of the new season.
It was reported that when Son struggled during the session and went down, the crowd fell silent as they were cheering on their home favourite. Son has established himself as one of the best players in world football and has hero status in his country.
This isn't the first time Conte has pushed his players to the limits, Italy legend Giorgio Chiellini recalled walking out for training one day to tell Conte he still hadn't recovered from a knock he'd picked up at the weekend and therefore was unable to work out that day. Without even looking at Chiellini, Conte handed him a bib.
Conte will be hoping the intense drills will pay off in the new season, Spurs are back in the Champions League after pipping arch rivals Arsenal to fourth place last season.

Spurs have been busy in the transfer window, so far they have brought in Richarlison, Yves Bissouma, Ivan Perisic, Fraser Forster and Clement Lenglet.
The fans will also have much higher expectations for the upcoming season on the back of the club’s transfer dealings. They will be hoping Conte can lead Spurs to their first trophy since they won the League Cup back in 2008.
Their first match of pre season will take place on Wednesday with Conte's side lining up against the K League XI, which puts together the best players from the country's top flight.
