Manchester City kick-off their Champions League campaign on Tuesday evening as they face Sevilla at the Ramon Sanchez-Pizjuan Stadium.
Having come so close to reaching the final last year, Pep Guardiola’s men will be hoping bounce back and start the new campaign with a win against the Spanish side, who are yet to taste victory in their first four domestic league games this season.
As well as Sevilla and Man City, Group G also consists of Borussia Dortmund and FC Copenhagen.

The Blues will be hoping that summer signing Erling Haaland will carry on his stellar scoring run, having notched ten domestic goals already this season in just six games, including back-to-back hatricks against Crystal Palace and Nottingham Forest.

City are expected to be without Kyle Walker, who limped off during the 1-1 draw with Aston Villa at the weekend so you would expect to see summer signing Sergio Gomez make his debut, with Joao Cancelo shifted to right-back.
Kalvin Phillips has returned to training and could be in line to make his Champions League debut while Manuel Akanji was also spotted, having missed City’s draw with Villa due to the birth of his child.

The Blues will be without defender Aymeric Laporte, who is not expected to return until after the international break.
Sevilla will be without defenders Marcao and former Blue Karim Rekik. Tricky Mexican winger Jesus Corona is a long-term absentee for the hosts.
