Fans were left stunned after a high-profile Premier League player left a comment on pop star Sabrina Carpenter’s Instagram post.
Carpenter, 25, is one of the most popular artists in the world right now and boasts millions of fans, and seemingly one of them is an England international.
In June 2024, the American appeared in the UK and performed in a show for BBC Radio One.

And after her performance, she took to Instagram posting a photograph of her in full flow during the concert. But fans spotted that a particular football player commented on the post.
Manchester United winger – currently loaned to Chelsea - Jadon Sancho commented “Legend” on the singer’s post to the bemusement of fans.
And they were quick to offer their thoughts on social media.

A second added: "You miss every shot you don't take, fair play."
While a third commented: "Nice to see his confidence is officially back."

So, it may be safe to assume that Sancho, 25, enjoys Carpenter's hits such as 'Espresso', 'Taste', and 'Please please please'.
Although, he didn't mention her when naming his favourite artists during a Q&A session in 2022.
“I play Lil Baby, Drake, Chris Brown," Sancho told Manchester United.com when asked what his preferred tunes to play in the dressing room were.
"It depends on the mood. Sometimes it could be early so you need a little wake-me-up. So I’d probably play some Drake.

"If it’s a midday game, it would be more like a house kind of beat. Get the heads bopping. If it’s a night game then it’s Lil Baby and everyone’s locked in.”
Aside from Sancho, Carpenter likely gained a few admirers when she wore an England football shirt during a concert in London while the Three Lions' group stage fixture against Serbia was taking place last June - which they went on to win 1-0 thanks to a smart header by Jude Bellingham.
"Sabrina Carpenter putting on an England shirt just after Jude Bellingham scored during her set is quite poetical tbf," one fan said at the time.
