Fans have been left divided by the Notts County gesture Wrexham owners Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenney will make this weekend.
Wrexham tussled it out with Notts County for the National League title in a healthy rivalry which brought the best out of both teams.
The Red Dragons finished as league winners and secured automatic promotion to the Football League, a division they have not played in since 2008.
They accrued 111 points but the Magpies finished just four points behind them and their tally would have won the title in every season bar this one.

Reynolds called for a change to the National League system as he felt it was unfair that only one team received automatic promotion.
After the thrilling 3-2 victory at the Racecourse ground, he showered County with praise and gave a special mention to the club's late CEO Jason Turner in a classy interview.
The Nottingham outfit went into the play-offs and Reynolds promised to support them in their quest to join Wrexham in League Two.
He kept his word by retweeting a video of their dramatic semi-final win over Boreham Wood. Notts County came from 2-0 down to score a 97th minute equaliser and then a 120th minute winner through Jodi Jones, who sent Luke Williams' side to Wembley.

They play Chesterfield in the final at the national stadium on Saturday and Wrexham captain Ben Tozer has revealed that the Hollywood owners will be in attendance.
He revealed that McElhenney watched the last-gasp final triumph during the squad's lavish Las Vegas promotion party and Wrexham are firmly behind Notts.
Speaking to talkSPORT, he said: "Rob, he was actually with us, and took the time to stay up and actually watch the game and I think him and Ryan are flying over to watch the game on Saturday because that's something they want to honour.

"We are genuinely rooting for Notts County because of the way they pushed us this season and feel like they're the ones who deserve to [earn promotion]."
However, there was division amongst fans for the gesture - with some hailing it and others feeling as though it's a bit too lovey-dovey.
One commented: "This is odd, why would your owners be going play off final that your not in? Enjoy your promotion."

A second agreed: "You’ve literally just won the league lads like go and enjoy your summer??"
A third fumed: "I knew Wrexham would somehow find a way to make it all about them yet again. Pathetic."
A fourth user said: "Cringe, give it a break lads."
Another fan disagreed entirely, writing: "Ya know what. Fair play. I wanna hate them but I simply cannot."

A sixth was full of praise, adding: "See they really do care ... and they really aren't just a circus - genuinely the best owners in football and not just for us, for other teams in the league too."
A final user wrote: That would be incredible! The more support the better!"
Tozer himself might be watching the clash in the flesh and has friends on both sides. Third-placed Chesterfield also made the final courtesy of a 3-2 extra time semi-final victory, meaning it should be an absolute cracker.
