Roy Keane was shown respect by everyone involved with Manchester United during Monday's 2-1 victory over Liverpool and it's lovely to see.
The former Republic of Ireland international spent 12 years at Old Trafford and captained the club between 1997 and his departure in 2005.

Keane's exit was a controversial one but there's no denying he made a lasting impression at the club.
It was evident throughout the entirety of Monday Night Football on Sky Sports, as Keane joined Gary Neville and Jamie Carragher for the broadcast.
First up was former teammate Cristiano Ronaldo, who embraced Neville and Keane but hilariously blanked ex-Liverpool defender Carragher.

New United signing Casemiro was shown to the crowd prior to kick-off and after doing his rounds, the five-time Champions League winner approached Keane for a hug on the touchline.
United's Lionesses who won Euro 2022 with England were in attendance to show off their medals and Keane introduced himself to all four.
The 51-year-old shook hands with Nikita Parris, Mary Earps, Alessia Russo and Ella Toone while congratulating them.
All of this seems quite routine so far. Nobody expected rapper Stormzy to pull up at full-time and briefly join the punditry team however.

Stormzy and his nephews talked at length about the game after the 'Vossi Bop' hitmaker fanboyed over being stood with Keane and company.
"It’s been a really good night for Manchester United," presenter Dave Jones declared before the end of the show, "it’s been like a special homecoming for you, Roy!
"Let’s remind everyone: starting with [Cristiano] Ronaldo, who gave Jamie the cold shoulder, Casemiro the new signing has been in and had a hug, he met Manchester United’s Lionesses, and we signed off with Stormzy!"
Neville and Carragher had a chuckle at that and added: "He’s like the mayor of Manchester, shaking everyone’s hand!"

Jones joked: "Roy Keane, this is your life!"
Keane responded by shaking Carragher and Neville's hand. You get the feeling he was touched by the gestures all evening.
Goals from Jadon Sancho and Marcus Rashford in either half earned Erik ten Hag his first three points as United boss.
Mohamed Salah scored in the last 10 minutes to make it a nervy finale, but Jurgen Klopp's men couldn't find an equaliser.
