Richard Madeley has angered Good Morning Britain viewers with a "patronising" and "inappropriate" question to England international Alessia Russo. Watch the video below:
Manchester United striker Russo appeared on the programme on Wednesday morning to discuss England's Euro 2022 final victory over Germany.

Asking Russo about her emotions since winning the trophy, Madeley said: "How are you feeling? It's three days on now.
"If I was your dad and asked you that – 'how are you feeling love' – what would you say?"
Russo, who scored four goals in the tournament including a superb back-heel in England's semi-final win over Sweden, then replied: "It's something we have been waiting for in women's football for a long time."
Many viewers were angered by Madeley's comment and questioned whether he would have used the same tone had he been speaking to a male England international.

"Watching #GMB on plus one and I'm watching the interview with Alessia Russo. How patronising is Madeley? He's talking to these girls like they did well in a primary school play," one user posted on Twitter.
Another added: "Richard Madeley talking to Women's footballers, is one of the most cringe things on TV. I feel for these ladies having to discuss a huge moment in their lives, with this clueless, patronising numpty."
"If I was your Dad, and asked you that, what would you say? What is Richard on about?? Richard 'who’s your daddy' Madeley #GMB @AccidentalP (obviously)," posted a third.

While a fourth wrote: "Richard Madeley just said to Alessia Russo, 'how you feeling love?' Good grief! How inappropriate. #GMB @GMB."
Madeley's latest gaffe comes just a day after he was called out for a "creepy" comment to another of England's victorious Lionesses, Chloe Kelly.
After claiming that Kelly could have walked into a supermarket and no one would have known who she was prior to the Euro 2022 final, Madeley then compared the Manchester City forward to his daughter and called her 'Coco' during another interview on Good Morning Britain.
"Well done Chloe Kelly for resisting the urge to beat that f***ing creep Madeley until his arse bled," wrote one Twitter user.

Another added: "Addressing England footballer Chloe Kelly as your daughters' pet name 'Coco' is belittling and sexist, Richard Madeley.
"Does this happen to male footballers? No. Then why should women have to humour this behaviour?"
