The spine-tingling reaction France superstar Kylian Mbappe received at an NBA game proves that he is on the same level as the likes of Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi.
After his World Cup ended in bitter disappointment, Mbappe returned to Paris Saint Germain action almost immediately.
However, after the Ligue 1 champions’ shock defeat against Lens on Sunday, Mbappe was given a few days off by his manager.

Mbappe, along with teammate Achraf Hakimi was seen watching NBA side the Brooklyn Nets in New York.
When Mbappe was shown on the big screen, he was given a huge reception by the fans in the stadium, it was spine-tingling. You can watch the footage below.
Mbappe is often regarded as one of the biggest stars in football and has been labelled as the man to take over from the likes of Ronaldo and Messi.

With such a huge ovation, it is clear to see that Mbappe is already at a similar level of stardom to the Portugal and Argentina legends.

After the loss against Lens, PSG boss Christophe Galtier explained the decision to grant Mbappe and Hakimi some time off.
He said: “Hakimi and Mbappe will have a few days off. The plan was that they could play these two games. They will now recover.
“There are individual cases with the players who went very far. Achraf Hakimi played in every game at the World Cup for Morocco. He was in the team of the World Cup. He wanted to get back as quickly as possible, as did Kylian Mbappe.

“He also turned in some brilliant performances and was the top goalscorer at the World Cup. After speaking to him and all my different teams who stayed in regular contact with the players, Kylian Mbappe wanted to join back up with us pretty quickly.”
Mbappe is likely to return for PSG’s clash against Stade Rennes on 15 January.
